Overview
Entangle is a cross-chain protocol orchestration platform. I led GTM and AI systems — building the internal campaign infrastructure, co-marketing engine, and organic discovery layer that scaled ecosystem adoption across 15+ chains and L2s.
The work centered on three pillars: an AI-powered campaign automation engine (Entangler + Helix), a standardized co-marketing format built on Entangle's UDF (Universal Data Feeds) infrastructure, and a multi-surface SEO and distribution layer. The result was a 600%+ lift in organic search visibility, co-marketing CTR averaging 8.1%, and roughly $420K/year in projected operational savings from bringing production in-house.

Campaign Automation Engine — Entangler + Helix
Developed an internal GPT-powered agent workflow built to generate campaign assets, outbound copy, and activation materials across ecosystems. The system handled landing pages, press seeding, KOL scripting, and partner-specific content — all generated in-house using Entangler + Helix.
This reduced lead time significantly and eliminated agency dependency for routine asset generation. Execution velocity accelerated by an estimated 5x. Shifting marketing operations in-house resulted in projected savings of approximately $420K/year across production and agency costs.


Co-Marketing Performance
Assets and onboarding flows supported over 15 chains and L2s across campaign lifecycles, coordinated directly with ecosystem leads. A UDF campaign format — Entangle's standardized co-marketing stack — enabled repeatable partner onboarding with minimal hand-holding and direct funnel feedback. 9 chains and 6 dApps were onboarded across Q2 using this format.
Internal dashboards showed an average CTR increase from ~4.9% to 8.1% across co-marketing content. Some placements tested beyond 9%, though results varied by distribution channel. Interaction logs suggested ~33% month-on-month growth in mutual engagement between integrated partners over a 5-month campaign window.


SEO & Onchain Discovery
Internal analytics showed a 600%+ lift in organic search visibility following the launch of targeted, chain-specific SEO initiatives. Content was distributed via GitHub repos, ecosystem forums, and integration-focused landing pages.
A multi-surface indexing strategy was deployed across GitHub, Notion, and integration-specific docs. The visibility increase was largely driven by long-tail queries and technical cross-linking. Campaign indexing and back-end SEO flows routed long-tail traffic into chain-specific acquisition funnels automatically.
