Overview
Æternity is a Layer-1 blockchain. I handled early-stage messaging, ecosystem copy, and platform documentation across chain-level scalability and decentralized tooling — specifically for the Superhero social tipping app and HyperChains L2 scalability framework.
The challenge: build voice around products that don't exist yet. Both were pre-launch. The messaging had to define the products before users could experience them.

Superhero — Platform Framing
Platform Framing + Narrative Copy. Superhero was introduced as a decentralized social tipping app. Messaging was developed across all surfaces — including landing copy, pitch decks, and FAQ documentation — structured for builders, community, and ecosystem validators.
Modular Positioning by Audience. Assets were tailored to multiple verticals: builder docs, community explainers, and narrative hooks for early contributors. Voice guidelines were standardized to maintain cohesion across rollout materials.

HyperChains — Technical Documentation
Technical Documentation Architecture. Early HyperChains docs were authored to frame scalability logic, validator roles, and network consensus in developer-accessible language. Documentation was managed across internal and public repositories.
Structuring Abstraction Without Fluff. Technical systems were positioned through real-world metaphors, functional flow maps, and step-based contributor guides — enabling platform teams to build around the underlying protocol mechanics.

Ecosystem Copy Ops
Internal Language Consolidation. Brand, protocol, and platform voice were standardized through internal playbooks, team training, and asset cleanup — supporting consistent output across marketing and dev teams.
Surface Unification. Website copy, blog content, and internal documentation were mapped into a central content system, reducing redundancy and drift during ecosystem scaling phases. Core terminology and flow maps were reused across docs, decks, and FAQ layers.
Result: ~60% reduction in duplicated surface content across docs, blog, and PR.

Infrastructure Built
Narrative Ops Layer — Positioned Superhero from inception to launch. Messaging infrastructure covered landing pages, deck copy, and ecosystem explainers — structured to support developer onboarding, contributor activation, and early investor traction.
Technical Documentation Stack — HyperChains documentation authored across multiple surfaces, from internal protocol notes to external-facing guides. Structure emphasized conceptual clarity, contributor flow, and integration paths.
Ecosystem Copy Cleanup — Mapped internal inconsistencies across blog, docs, and main site copy. Consolidated tone, terminology, and messaging via playbooks and asset rewrites.
42 dev docs. 16 contributor guides. 9 landing pages. 89 blog + PR posts.
