Overview
KuCoin is a top-5 global cryptocurrency exchange. I designed and launched a full Learn platform that onboards new users through educational content, embedded modules and chain-integrated lessons. The flow introduced 4.2M+ users to KuCoin's products and token ecosystem, with 15.7% converting from learning to first deposit.
Education routes users into product. That thesis shaped every decision below.
KuCoin Learn
Education Platform. I conceived, designed and launched KuCoin Learn, an education platform with learn-to-earn incentives that onboards users into the KuCoin product ecosystem through structured lessons and earn mechanics. The platform activated 4.2M+ users and drove a 15.7% deposit conversion rate.
LLM Localization Pipeline. One of the earliest production AI integrations at a major crypto exchange. I built a pipeline that localizes content across 16 languages with LLMs, saving ~$15K a month in external localization costs and multiplying content reach. I rebuilt content ideation and composition workflows around AI-assisted production.
SEO-Optimized Content Stack. I rewrote coin pages and Learn articles for long-tail search. Internal systems handled keyword clustering, canonical flow and CTA injection, which lifted indexed visibility and time on site.
Trading Bot Relaunch
Full GTM for the Bot Relaunch. I reintroduced the KuCoin Trading Bot through dedicated landing assets, Learn module cross-links and contextual KOL content, routing traffic by user behavior.
Volume Conversion Impact. Bot-related content flows contributed to a 121% lift in spot trading volume. Learn-to-Bot traffic converted at a 15.7% deposit rate against a 12.2% baseline, and 2.2M+ users activated through Learn + Bot touchpoints.
AI-Powered Ops & Internalization
AI Optimization. I built AI content operations that saved an estimated $15K a month by automating workflows that had needed external vendors and manual processes: content production, localization pipelines and SEO execution at scale.
Content Ops Brought In-House. I moved SEO and content execution from third-party vendors to internal playbooks, templates and QA loops backed by AI tooling.
Visibility Through Structured Indexing. The internal SEO system grew indexed content on search-aligned funnel logic. Organic entry paths lifted across key segments with no paid traffic behind them.
